Pizza Oven
After visiting Naples, Italy, the birthplace of pizza, I only had to eat one slice to know that I had to have my own brick oven. Armed with a masonry background, mosaic techniques and a great love for Margherita pizza, I began. My labor of love was well worth the three months of planning and building. On weekends, I can usually be found within a pizza peel's distance away.
